This is Richie’s second year as coach with Pump N Run basketball but over his life, he has been building a deep resume in the game.  He’s played in high school, junior college and at the D1 level.  He’s served as a high school coach, Nike Camp and Break Through Performance Camp coach.

Richie enjoys coaching as a great opportunity to be a part of the game in a new way; teaching players about the game and being a positive influence in a young kid’s life. His favorite leisure activity is playing, watching, reading and really, just anything that has to do with basketball. Richie says that basketball is by far his favorite thing in the world and on a basketball court is where he feels the most at home.

Richie was born and raised in central Illinois and attended high school and college in this area. When he’s not involved in basketball you can find him in the outdoors, travelling and taking road trips.
