Here’s everything you need to know to make Opening Day a home run!

 Event Details

• Arrival Time: Players line up for the Parade of Players starting at 7:45 AM at the AA Field (back field). Only Managers, Coaches, and Lower Division Team Moms may line up with players. 

• Ceremony Location: 

Majors Field (Field 3)

23082 Avenida Empresa, RSM. 

Bring chairs or blankets and enjoy the event with the SMLL community.

• Ceremony Duration: Starts at 8:30 AM, ending around 9:30 AM.

 Player Participation

• Player Attire: Full uniform (hat, jersey, pants, belt, shoes—cleats or sneakers). Players will likely need a Jacket/Sweatshirt!

 Parking & Drop-Off

• Parking: Use community streets around Tijeras Creek Park and across Antonio Parkway. Please avoid Cal Elite’s lot- they are a local business that need the spots for their customers. 

• Parking Lot Access: Reserved for handicapped parking (with placard & plates), volunteers, and vendors.

• Player Drop-Off: Allowed in the parking lot; please be respectful of reserved spaces.

 Food & Concessions

• Snack Shack Open: Enjoy extra donuts and fresh breakfast burritos (first come, first served)!

  • Burrito Options ($8): Bacon & Egg | Avocado & Egg

  • Payment: Cash preferred for quick service.

 Ceremonial Highlights & Special Recognitions

• First Pitch: Two League Age 12 players will be randomly selected; managers will be notified on Sunday, Feb 16th so that they can tell the selected players.

• Recognition: Celebrating the 2024 American 12s, District 68 Champions! We will be celebrating their amazing achievements.

• Giveaway: One player from every division will win an In-N-Out Gift Certificate—just for fun!

• Majors, AAA, AA: 10:30 AM at Tijeras Creek

• Single A: 11:30 AM at Altisima Park

• Farm: 11:00 AM at Solana Park

• Rookie: 11:30 AM at Solana Park
