Thank you all for registering your children with SGF Pop Warner. Welcome all of our new families & Welcome back to our returning families- we can't wait for the upcoming season! A few reminders and dates to remember:
Anyone who needs to turn in missing documents, make a payment or bring their child in for uniform fitting can do so on FRIDAY JUNE 30TH 5:30-7:30 @ the Eagles Club.
A complete registration includes:
- 2023 Pop Warner Parental Consent/Participant Contract form
- 2023 Pop Warner Medical History Form
- 2023 Physical OR 2023 Pop Warner physical fitness form (filled out by MD)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Cash/Check Payment
