How It Works
When a team cannot field nine players for a game, they utilize a Pool Player from other teams within the same division. To ensure fairness:
- Managers and Coaches do not pick players.
- Players are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by the Player Agent.
- Assignments are sent via an "email blast" to the registered pool.
STRICT RULE: Do not just show up to a game without a Pool Player confirmation/assignment from the Player Agent.
Pool Player Guidelines
- Pitching: Not permitted to pitch.
- Catching: Allowed to play the catcher position.
- Lineup: Must bat last in the order.
- Playing Time: If confirmed, the player MUST play. They may not play more defensive outs than any rostered player.
- Uniform: Wear your regular season team uniform (do NOT wear the jersey of the team you are filling in for).

- Player first and last name
- Division and Team name (e.g., Minors Guardians)
- Preferred parent email(s) for requests
- Parent phone number
