Soccer Speed Program
Our pre-season Soccer Speed Program offers a great way to develop speed for the Fall season. Dedicated to the serious soccer player, this 8 session summer program is focused on developing soccer specific speed (with and without the ball), strength, power, and game conditioning. This summer, Peak Performance is offering the ideal opportunity to come back for the fall season, faster, stronger, more powerful and game ready.
Program Focus
• Speed, Strength and Power Development (soccer specific and age appropriate)
• Ball speed development (running with the ball and ball movement)
• High intensity small sided games
• Soccer specific conditioning (endurance)
