High Intensity Pre-Season Training
High Intensity Pre-Season Training offers a great way to prepare for the Fall season, with soccer specific athletic performance development. Dedicated to the serious soccer player, this 8 session summer program is focused on developing age and soccer specific athleticism.
Program Focus
• Strength and power development (soccer specific and age appropriate)
• Soccer specific movement training and understanding
• Multi-faceted speed development (acceleration, agility, endurance, etc.)
• Game endurance development
