High Intensity Pre-Season Training

High Intensity Pre-Season Training offers a great way to prepare for the Fall season, with soccer specific athletic performance development. Dedicated to the serious soccer player, this 8 session summer program is focused on developing age and soccer specific athleticism.


Program Focus

• Strength and power development (soccer specific and age appropriate)
• Soccer specific movement training and understanding
• Multi-faceted speed development (acceleration, agility, endurance, etc.)
• Game endurance development

 Age Groups  U10 - U12, U13 - U19 
    
 Dates  June 13 - July 28 (Tues. & Fri.) 
    
 Times  U10 - U12 | 8:30am - 9:45am
 U13 - U15 | 9:45am - 11:00am
 U16 - U19 | 8:30am - 9:45am
 
    
 Location Thomas Brooks Park 
    
 Package  8 Sessions - $125
12 Sessions - $150

(Everyone will be considered a "new user" unless you are already registered for Summer 2017 Camp, Spring Peak Performance, or our 4 year old program. Everyone must have an account with us in order to register for any program.)
