When will practice start and what will I need?

Practice starts July 1, 2019
Make sure you have registered.

The following items will be needed for practice and can be purchased at Dicks Sporting goods or Amazon

Football:
Cleats
Mouthpiece
Integrated pads
Practice Jersey
Water Bottle

Cheer:
Tennis shoes (preferably cheer style)
Comfortable shirt and shorts
Hair pulled back
Water Bottle
