Original Birth Certificate and a copy (Original birth cert. will be returned after first certification, July 29th)5. Copy of last year's report card6. Current 4x4 photo of player (Must have a 2.0)7. August 1st
We will practice 5 days a week for the first 2 weeks. From 6-8pm
Starting August 14th, practice will go down to 3 days a week. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6-8pm
