The Tri-Town Track & Field program will provide quality, structured youth track & field activities for the towns of Totowa, Woodland Park & Little Falls. Participants will have an equal opportunity to learn and compete under the direction of Passaic Valley Head Track and Field Coach Erik Getz with the assistance of volunteers as well as Passaic Valley Track and Field Team Members. Participants will participate in running events and various field events.

This program is for GRADES 3 through 8 only and will be split into two sessions starting Thursday, April 25th and ending on June 20th.

3rd - 5th grade - 5:30pm-7pm - limited to 25 participants

6th - 8th grade - 7pm-9pm - limited to 25 participants

Practice dates: April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, May 23, May 30, June 6, June 13 and June 20

The program will consist of 1 practice per week (1 hr 30 minutes for grades 3 through 5 and 2 hours for grades 6 through 8) at Passaic Valley High School and bi-weekly competitive meets on Saturdays. The season will culminate with a Tri-Town Track and Field Meet.

The PAL will provide a jersey for all participants. Participants will need to provide their own shorts and running sneakers.
