Check-in for each division at the following locations and times by last name. Please come during your assigned time to ensure we are able to remain on schedule. If you cannot make the scheduled time, please come to a time that you are able to. 

• MAJOR: Behind the major tower. 

9 a.m. – A-F

10 a.m. – G-O

11 a.m. – P-Z

• FARM: Behind the snack bar.

9 a.m. – A-F

10 a.m. – G-P

11 a.m. – Q-Z

• MINOR: In front of the snack bar.

12pm – A-G

1pm – H-O

2pm – P-Z

Players should bring their own glove, helmet and USA-labeled bat. Volunteers will instruct them where to store their equipment, warm up and line up after check-in. Players will field fly balls, ground balls, hit and run the bases before exiting the field and park as guided by volunteers. If you have catchers gear that was given to you by the league in previous seasons, please bring that with you to the assessments on Saturday to turn in. 

If your child cannot make assessments this Saturday, make ups will be held on the following days: 

Major: Monday 1/24 at 5pm at the Farm Field
Farm: Tuesday 1/25 at 5pm at the Farm Field
Minor: Wednesday 1/26 at 5pm at the Farm Field
