Referee Training Jack Allen Park 8AM

HS referee Training
We are approximately a week away from our High School Referee Training event next Saturday the 28th, and we still need an additional 15+ sign-ups.
If you haven’t signed up already, please do so by this coming Tuesday so we can confirm our lunch numbers, seating, etc.
Sign-ups can be done on our website nasoa.org under ‘helpful links’, or by emailing Chris W or myself at [email protected] or [email protected]

Remember we would like all of NASOA members doing high school to sign-up for this event, even if you can only help in the morning or afternoon (currently we have less people in the afternoon).
You’re also welcome to bring that ‘friend who’s on the fence or unsure about refereeing’ to see or even try what it’s like – we’ll even provide lunch for them if you get them signed up.

HS Registration
Our numbers are slowly coming up with those signing up in the last two weeks before the season begins.
However, we’re not near the 100+ officials we need to cover or have 3 man crews for all of our season games – so, continue to recruit, and complete your registrations.
And if you’re considering not doing HS this season, please reconsider or let Andy or myself know – ‘free arm twisting’ or encouragement is available for those who need it…

NASOA Meeting
Our Next NASOA meeting will be this Tuesday the 24th at 6:00 Merrimack Soccer Complex.

High School Referee Training Event - Saturday Jan 28th 8:00 - 3:30
Location: Jack Allen Soccer Complex - 2616 Modaus Rd SW, Decatur, AL 35603

Lunch, snacks, and water provided.

This is a working event, so please bring/wear your HS uniform and referee equipment.

Parking is free for officials. If the complex has parking attendants, notify them you’re there as a referee.
