SIGN-UPS: Begin online the 15th of the month at 12 pm EST for the following month (if the 15th falls on a Sunday, sign-ups will begin the 16th at 12 pm EST). You can create an account prior to this, but you will not be able to register until this time. tshq.bluesombrero.com/tinytroops

FEES: 12 - 23 months Soccer Playtime = $8/session (in advance), $10 if paid at the field; 2 year old = $34/month, 3 & 4 year old = $39/month, 4.5 - 5.5 year old (Advanced Skills) = $48/month. *You must register for each month that you wish to participate.

SESSION DAYS/TIMES: Varies per location. Please see the ‘Session Schedules’ posted to our FB page on the 10th of each month.

SESSION INFO: 12 - 23 months - parent involvement required; 2 year old sessions are Parent & Me, where ONE parent must be on the field with the player throughout each session. For 3, 4, & 5 year old sessions, parent attendance is required, but we ask that parents stay OFF of the field, unless needed/asked by the Coach.

MAKE-UPS: There are two pre-scheduled make-up dates per group to be used ONLY if a session is cancelled by TTS due to weather or Coach emergency. Dates will be on the same day/time as the original session, when possible. If there is heavy rain or thunderstorms at location, we will reschedule. We will post on our Facebook page if any sessions are cancelled 45 minutes prior the session start time (if the first session of the day is cancelled, the remaining ones are as well). There will be two pre-scheduled make up-sessions each month to be used only if a session is cancelled by TTS (they will not be used if an individual player has to miss a session for any reason). If make-ups are cancelled due to weather, it is considered an “act of God” and session(s) will be voided. *Please note that make-ups cannot be scheduled into the next month and no refund will be given for voided sessions.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given unless there is an emergency (deemed by TTS) which prevents attendance. No refunds will be made on or after the 1st of the month of play regardless of reason.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: Size 3 ball, closed toe shoes (tennis shoes or cleats), water

KEEP SIBLINGS OFF OF THE FIELD/IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREA! Baby-wearing is acceptable for the participating parent in the 2 year old session.

NO PETS IN THE PLAYING OR IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING AREAS! Do not bring pets to a session. Follow park/area guidelines as to if they are allowed at the field at all.
