Try-outs!! This Saturday, January 26, 2019

Parents, if you are missing requirements such as the Medical Release Form, proof of residency within Little Lake (or the Out-of-Bounds waiver form), and/or copy of Birth Certificate (proof of age), we will be sending an e-mail reminder.

If you do not receive an e-mail about missing requirements, it means you have completed the entire registration form.

Players will be turned away on the day of try-outs if MEDICAL RELEASE FORM is not completed and turned in-person.
