SAQ/Soccer Performance Sessions

The BFC Staff is pleased to announce BFC Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) Training. This term includes all soccer-specific exercises related to force production, acceletation, changing directions, and explosive power in soccer players.

Using SAQ sessions as a supplement to training will improve a player's ability to move on and off the ball quickly, enhance physical fitness relative to soccer, and reduce the risk for injury.

Sessions are open to 9U (2010's) -15U (2004's) ages.  All sessions will go from 6:00 - 7:00 pm at Oglethorpe grass field (Salamone Field).  

Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 pm  - September 26th - November 14th

Joe Baia will be running the sessions.  Joe works with Oglethorpe University's Men's program.  You read Joe's bio here.
