Please provide the following documents to your team manager at your Parent Meeting that will be scheduled soon.
There are two options for proof of residency. First, you can submit an official School Enrollment Form which demonstrates your child attends a school located within the official NCLL boundaries (any Henry County Community School).
Alternatively, you can submit 3 proof or residency documents if you do not use the School Enrollment Form/Official Record. For this approach, you must submit one document from each of the three following categories (you cannot submit 2 documents from one category to count towards the 3 document requirement – it must be one from each category). Each of these documents should include parents/guardians names, street address, city/state/zip, and be dated or in effect between February 1, 2022 and February 1, 2023.
Group I
- Driver’s License
- School Records
- Vehicle Records (i.e., Registration, Lease, etc.)
- Employment Records
- Insurance Documents
Group II
- Welfare/Child Care Records
- Federal Records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
- State Records
- Local (Municipal) Records
- Support Payment Records
- Homeowner or Tenant Records
- Military Records
Group III
- Voter’s Registration
- Utility Bills (i.e., Gas, Electric, Water/Sewer, Phone, Heating, Waste Disposal)
- Financial Records
- Medical Records
- Internet, Cable, or Satellite Records
