WINTER WORKOUT UPDATE!

WINTER WORKOUTS!

Don't forget to register by 12/31 for exclusive access to our Winter Workout program!

The winter workout location this year will be Kochenderfer Church (1105 Kochenderfer Road, Lebanon PA 17046)

The gym at Kochenderfer is larger than last year's location and we're excited to expand the program to 40-50 players for each time slot!

Winter workouts will begin on Friday, January 24th, 2025. Look for a link to book reservations in the weeks prior.

Players born AFTER 8/31/2017 will be from 6-7pm
Players born BEFORE 8/31/2017 will be from 7-8pm

The Northern Lebanon High School - Vikings baseball team is excited to help out with the program this year!
