#2 1 min: foundation w/ rolls
#3 1 min: toe taps
#4 1 min: Outside ‘V’
#5 1 min: Inside ‘V’
#6 1 min: Thigh Juggling (alternating both thighs)
#7 1 min: Foot Juggling (laces/alternating both feet)
#8 1 min: ¼ Turns
#9 1 min: Figure 8s Outsides (2 cones/objects 3-5yd apart)
#10 1 min: Figure 8s Insides (2 cones/objects 3-5yd apart)
#11 1 min: Figure 8s Bottoms (2 cones/objects 3-5yd apart)
