Board Elections

Attention family and friends of Benton Area Little League.

The B.A.L.L. is excited to announce that there will be some vacancies on the Board of Directors for the upcoming 2023 season. Currently we anticipate (2) general membership positions opening and if nominated and selected, the opportunity to run for Secretary and Fundraising Chair is available. (Officer positions are nominated and elected from the general members of the board). Nominations are due by Sunday September 11th, with in person confirmation and general elections happening that day at the Benton Area Little League Complex on Mendenhall Lane in Benton. (Nominations can be made by any current board member in good standing or by any manager, coach, or registered volunteer from the 2022 season).

The meeting confirming and electing the new board members begins at 6pm promptly. (Votes can be made by any current board member in good standing or by any manager, coach, or registered volunteer from the 2022 season).

Board membership includes the following responsibilities:

Attendance at a minimum of 50% of the monthly board meetings Attendance at a minimum of 1 organized workday
Participation in a minimum of 1 subcommittee throughout the season
