Spring Sports Options

Varsity Boys Baseball (7-8th): The defending 2018 Philadelpha Archdiocese Champions led by longtime Head Coach Len Cianngelini will return this year playing their home games this season at North Avenue field. Practices and games are weekdays after school. (Tryouts based on number of players)

JV Boys Baseball (5-6th): The defending 2018 Region 25 Champions will return with HC Cresta and Assistant head Coach Coleman. The boys play at Old Netherwood Field. (46-60 format) Practices and games are weekdays after school. (Tryouts based on number of players)

Boys and Girls Track 5-8th Grade (some older fourth graders may qualify to run): The always elite and championship caliber track team is once again coached by the Mark Winter and new girls HC Betsy Duffy! Practices are during the week with meets on the weekends. Practice location is still up in the air and we will not be hosting a meet as our home track was SHS.

Girls Lacrosse (5-8th): will once again be coached by HC Michele Kane. The girls practice after school during the week at Memorial Park where they also play there home games. The decision to have separate JV and Varsity teams is based on tryout numbers. This is a great team for the experienced player and new players to the game!!

HS Co-Ed Volleyball will be led by Coach Medici (Varsity) and Coach Clark (JV). The team has been very successful and the players have a great time. Volleyball practices and games are indoors (SFA Gym)

Intramural Tennis (5-8th Grade) is back with HC McNichol at the helm. Tennis practices at Memorial field during the week and has a tremendous turn out each season!! The kids really have a good time in a very relaxing and fun environment.
