OPENING CEREMONIES AND PICTURES

Opening Ceremonies is THIS Saturday, April 13th.

The day will begin with some teams having their team/individual photos taken prior the Opening Ceremony. Please have your player arrive in plenty of time to be at the picture station a little before your scheduled time. Uniforms will most likely be handed out on Saturday before pictures. If they are available earlier, your coach will distribute them to the team.

I've sent emails to everyone with the picture schedule and a digital copy of the order packet. You can print the packet and order your photos prior to getting there (recommended) or there will be packets available on Saturday.

To begin the Ceremony, we will have all the players line-up on the field for an "All League" photo.

The Ceremony will begin at 10:00am. If your team is having pictures after the ceremony, please arrive at the field about 9:30 to begin lining up around 9:45.

Following the Ceremony, T-Ball and Coach Pitch teams will have the opportunity to play a few short innings in a "Round Robin" style tournament. The T-ball games will be on the North Field. Coach Pitch will be on the South Field.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!
