End of Season Awards Potluck - June 14, 2019

The last big event of the 2019 season - The Awards BBQ/Potluck - is coming up on Friday, June 14th, 5:30 p.m.

We'll hold the event at the Scout Cabin again this year (see below for address and link to directions), with a few adjustments from last year to try to make slightly better use of the space.

Here's the plan:

* Arrive at the Cabin at 5:30 p.m. for socializing and setting out potluck items. Please see below for guidance about what to bring for the Potluck. PTLL will also provide hotdogs and hamburgers - which will be grilled onsite by your friendly PTLL Volunteers - plus plates and utensils.

* Awards will be presented around 6:15 or 6:30, depending upon when folks are wrapping up with dinner.

* Awards will be followed by an All-League Pumpkin Ball game on the lawn. All ages welcome!

Potluck
Juniors: Main dishes
Majors: Side dishes
Minor As: Side dishes
Prep: Drinks
Tee Ball: Dessert

THIS IS ALSO YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN ALL PTLL UNIFORMS (minus hats and socks)!! If you know that you'll be unable to come to the potluck on the 14th, please arrange to give your uniform(s) to your coach at the end of your team's final game.

The Fred Lewis Scout Cabin is located at 3075 Discovery Rd, Port Townsend, WA 98368.

PLEASE REMEMBER that PARKING at the Scout Cabin fills up quickly and can be a bit tricky. Once the lot and the parking along the entry driveway fills up, cars can spill out onto Discovery Way. Please be especially careful and pay attention to little ones and traffic as you walk along Discovery to the Cabin.
