Camas, Washington; For some time, Toluca Coaches have been working with PeaceHealth field management to arrive at an approved design for portable light towers.    A few less expensive designs were rejected before finally arriving at a stand alone, 24ft light tower. The large light towers will have a rolling base for portability.   A pair of 7500 lumin LED outdoor lights will light the field in six locations.   The six towers will be fabricated by Accurweld Company in Washougal, Washington.   This is the same company that modified the club's goals at the Pendleton Mill field prior to Fall 2017 Season.

At a cost of $3000.00, this initial expense will reduce the overall cost of field leases for several teams.   "The upfront expense is a bit hard to swallow and we hope to find some corporate sponsors to help out.   We need sponsors", commented Director Eric Gonzalez.  The Toluca Portland/Washington Soccer Academy is registered as a 501(c) (3) corporation under the sub-section 509 (c) (2) nonprofit and charitable organization criteria.   The club receives less than 30% of its annual revenues from income generating activities.   

Toluca coaches, players and administrators work hard.   The lights will allow Toluca to train more often and offer a more flexible schedule.
