Parent's Night Out

Rochester Youth Spirit is going to be having a "Parents Night Out" cheer clinic.

This is open for former RYS cheerleaders and anyone between the ages of 5-14 who might be interested in cheer! We will be doing things like jumps, stunts, tumbling, etc. No prior experience is necessary!

It's $10 a child and $5 for each additional sibling. Make sure to wear sneakers and form fitting comfy clothes. No jewelry and hair in a ponytail is a must!
