The MYSA Awards are held at the end of the MYSA AGM in January and are a celebration of the accomplishments of our members across the state. Nominations are submitted by coaches, players, peers, administrators and volunteers from all over to celebrate the past year of soccer.
Nominations must be received by our office no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 26, 2019, via postmarked mail, emailed or dropped off at the MYSA office.
The following awards are to be given out at the ceremony:

- Competitive Girls Coach of the Year – View Form

- Young Female Referee of the Year – View Form

- Boys ODP Player of the Year – Elected by ODP Staff
- Girls ODP Player of the Year – Elected by ODP Staff
- ODP Coach of the Year – Elected by ODP Staff
- President's Award for Outstanding Service – Awarded by MYSA President
