As many of you know, last week US Soccer announced the inaugural US Disability Soccer Month, to last throughout December. We are excited to support this initiative as we celebrate players, fans, administrators, coaches, and officials with disabilities. Our TOPSoccer program is the largest grassroots soccer program for people with disabilities in the US, and another reason why we at US Youth Soccer say “We Are Youth Soccer.” We will support throughout the month via social media and hope you will join us in promoting the initiative in your state associations, making sure to use the hashtag #ADAPTandTHRIVE.

There will be an interactive Zoom training session on Sunday afternoon, December 13, with activities and special guests. The attached graphic has more details. We encourage all of our members with disabilities to participate, and the registration link is found here: https://forms.gle/ANutT5xELEW5Uk3S7  The goal for this event is to have at least one player from every state in the U.S. represented!
