HEALTH FAIR
NLL is excited to have local organizations at the Pre-Registration / Movie Night.
We want to have our community strong and healthy for the New Year and baseball season.
Flu Shots will be available for those who have not gotten their Flu Shot (Bring your insurance information).
Flu Shots can be administered for ages 7 years old and up.
Complete the attached Vaccine form and bring it with you. They will have copies available in needed.
