It's that time of year again! Streamwood Little League will be hosting our Annual Celebration Day and Craft/Vendor Fair on May 17th!!
You are invited to participate in the Fourth Annual Craft and Vendor Fair held at Dolphin Park. Historically we have had 35+ crafters and vendors at our event. Those experienced and new to vendor shows are welcome to participate and show off their goods.
Event: Streamwood Little League Craft and Vendor Fair 2025
Date: Sunday, May 17th, 2025
Place: Dolphin Park
724 S. Park Boulevard, Streamwood, IL 60107
Time: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Set-up Time: 6:00 a.m. to 8 a.m. 12’ x 12’ vendor booths will be assigned randomly & vendors will be notified at least one week before the event. Booth spaces will not be moved once assigned and only one vendor is allowed per booth. There will be volunteers to help show you where your booth is. All cars should pull into the lot, unload their goods in their booth area, and pull back out onto Park Boulevard to park their vehicle. If you need to arrive earlier, please let us know. More information will be sent one week before the date of the fair.
Booth Fee: $40.00 each, non-refundable. Streamwood Little League Celebration Day Chair will email you a link where you can pay by card (through Square) or check (PO Box or arrange drop off) when you are confirmed for the event. There is no rain date at this time. If WE cancel the event, your fee will be refunded. If you need to cancel, no refund will be given, we are not waiving fees for cancellation of our vendors.
Electricity/WiFi/Booth Information: There is no electricity or public WiFi on the grounds. You must provide your hot spot, if needed for your booth. Tables and chairs are not provided. Canopies or tents are highly recommended to protect from the elements. There is no shade in our lot. A reminder that this event is entirely outside and unsheltered.
Craft/Vendor Offerings: Due to village regulations, no hot food, drink vendors, or food trucks. Although our Fair is not juried, we do accept a limited number of crafters in each category to ensure the success of the event and our vendors. For our vendor’s sake, we do not want to have 8 booths selling tumblers.
Registration: After you submit your application using the link below, you must wait for a confirmation email from Erin before you are accepted into this event. Once confirmed, you have one week to send payment before your application is voided. If you fail to produce payment, you must re-submit your application. Applications are looked over 1-3 days after submission. Check your spam and junk folders daily to check for our email. You will receive an email from us even if you are not chosen to participate.
