• KLAMATH FALLS LITTLE LEAGUE ADULT CODE OF CONDUCT
• I pledge to be responsible for my words and actions while attending any Klamath Falls Little League event and shall conform my behavior to the following code of conduct:

1. I will not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct with any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.
2. I will not encourage my child, or any other person, to engage in unsportsmanlike conduct with any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.
3. I will not engage in any behavior which would endanger the health, safety or well being of any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.
4. I will not encourage my child, or any other person, to engage in any behavior which would endanger the health, safety or well being of any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.
5. I will not use drugs or alcohol while at an interscholastic or youth sporting event, and will not attend, coach, officiate or participate in an interscholastic or youth sporting event while under the influence or drugs or alcohol.
6. I will not permit my child, or encourage any other person, to use drugs or alcohol.
7. I will not engage in use of profanity.
8. I will not encourage my child, or any other person to engage in use of profanity.

(Use of profanity will result in an immediate ejection from the KFLL event with the possibility of additional disciplinary action)

9. I will not bring a dog or other pet to the event.
10. I will treat my coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee with respect regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation or ability.
11. I will encourage my child to treat any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee with respect regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation or ability.
12. I will not engage in verbal or physical threats or abuse aimed at any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.
13. I will not encourage my child, or any other person, to engage in verbal or physical threats or abuse aimed at any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.

(Any type of threat will result in an immediate ejection from the KFLL event with the possibility of additional disciplinary action)

14. I will not initiate a fight or scuffle with any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee. (
15. I will not encourage my child, or any other person, to initiate a fight or scuffle with any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.

(There will be a Zero Tolerance Policy for ANY physical altercation regardless of who started it).

Furthermore I pledge to be an advocate for enforcing these expectations with family members who attend events.

I acknowledge the following refund policy.

• Before registration closes - Full refund minus web processing fee of $10.
• Before games begin - 50% refund
• After games begin - 0% refund
• Exceptions may be made for injury. This will be on a case by case basis.
• All requests for refunds must be made in writing.

I hereby agree that if I fail to conform my conduct to the foregoing while attending a KFLL event I will be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to the following in any order or combination:

• Verbal warning issued by a KFLL Board Member or Umpire
• Written warning issued by the KFLL Board
• Mandate to remain in vehicle at events issued by KFLL Board
• Immediate ejection from a KFLL event issued by a KFLL Board Member
• Suspension from multiple KFLL events issued by the KFLL Board.
• Season suspension or multiple season suspension issued by the KFLL Board
• Possible referral to the local law enforcement agency.
• Partial refund of season dues and cancelation of player participation by KFLL Board
• (Disciplinary action carries from event to event and season to season)
