Staff Registration Process
All league and organization/team staff members and volunteers must officially register with the Federation. All staff members must complete a criminal background check (every other year), and football coaches must also complete USA Football's Heads Up Certification Training (annually).
All approved staff members will be required to complete their registration by presenting a completed and signed Staff Registration and Code of Conduct Form at one of the official registration/weigh-in sessions. Set deadlines for completing the coach certification and background check submission must be met to be accepted at the official registration sessions.
