Nearly everything you read on this website applies to both baseball and softball programs. We do our best to make it clear if something applies to one but not the other.

The initial cost to join the league is $120. In addition to registering to join the league, your child will receive a uniform (shirt and hat) and a box of candy bars for fundraising (see below for details).

This cost includes:

• Registration fee: $50
• Volunteer fee: $30 - recoup this fee by volunteering one time in our concession stand
• Candy Bar Fundraiser: $40 - sell your candy bars and you'll recoup $36 from this cost

For families with more than one child participating, the cost to register two or more children is $210 total. In other words, if two children from the same family register, the cost is $210 total; if three children register, the cost is $210 total, etc. Multi-player families receive two boxes of candy bars.

There are multiple opportunities to defer the cost of the League Fees, including the candy bar fundraiser and by volunteering at the concession stand (one time), as well as financial assistance (through programs like T-Mobile's Little League Call Up Grant).

Know Your "League Age"

To determine the division in which your child will play, Little League® has defined your child's League Age based upon your child's birth month and year.

Divisions

Players who are League Age...

• 5-6 play Tee Ball
• 7-8 play Coach Pitch
• 9-10 play Minors ("player pitch")
• 11-12 play Majors
• 13 play Intermediate
• 13-14 play Juniors

Exceptions regarding League Age are handled on a case-by-case basis and granted in extraordinary circumstances only. Considerations include not only the situation with your child, but also any impact of the exception on the other kids, parents, coaches, etc. Out of respect to the league volunteers' time and energy, please consider strongly any perceived "need" for HCLL to except your child's prescribed League Age before contacting us to request an exception. We very much appreciate it; know that we have made exceptions in the past, when warranted.

Please be patient with the registration form. Often when you click from one page to the next, there's no indication anything is happening - no spinning wheels or progress bars (however things are indeed happening). When you click buttons to continue to the next screen, wait before repeating your click.

Proof of Residency. Select the "Home" option (instead of the "School" option, which won't work). The registration system checks your address to confirm your residence falls within HarborCreek Little League's boundaries. Uploading supporting documents is OPTIONAL, so you can just press "Continue".
