WAITLIST POLICY:
Registrants for all programs will be placed on a waitlist.  All registrants will be able to participate in the program assuming we have enough volunteers and registrants to form a team.  We do not restrict the number of participants for a program.  The waitlist provides us an opportunity to see how many registrants we have before collecting fees.  Once we approach the program start dates, each registrant will be released from the waitlist and a notification will be sent via email.  At this time, payment for the program(s) can be paid.  All program fees are required to be paid by the first game or competition in order for the registrant to be able to participate.
