Modified Practices Tonight Due to Heat Index!

ALL PLAYERS ARE TO BRING WATER. We will be taking breaks every 15-20 mins and the kids must be able to hydrate.
Football players need to wear Shorts/T-shirt and Helmut only tonight. No Pads!
Cheer please wear shorts and tank tops. We will be working on half-time routines and some teams stunting. We will not be running or conditioning tonight due to the heat, so please have your daughter do her normal conditioning and a 5 minute run in place inside in the air conditioning.
