Registration for the 2018-2019 Sports Day school year
is now open.
ALL registration is online this year including the option of paying by credit card. You will still have the option of mailing in a check, but NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The HCYA Membership Form and the Medical Authorization Form will need to be uploaded during the registration process, emailed or snail mailed to me. I would prefer they be uploaded or emailed, but I understand that not everyone can do that.
We also have a new website to go along with the new registration process. This will include a new email platform. I'm not yet sure how it works, but will be testing it out soon with a select few. We also have a new text message system. I encourage you to sign up for it when you register. This will allow me to send out a mass text alert if Sports Day has been cancelled for any reason. I may also send out a text alert the week of Sports Day to remind you that it's coming up and to check your email for any news about that particular week.
There is always a learning curve on both sides when you try something new. I would appreciate your patience as we try and transition to a new registration format. IF you have any problems or questions, PLEASE call me (my number is below).
