Final Sports Day Registration Reminder

Good Afternoon!
This is the final reminder to register for Sports Day.
Tomorrow, September 21st, I will change the email list to only those that are registered for Sports Day. At any point that you register, you will be automatically added to the new email list.

The first Sports Day is Friday, September 28th. Pre-registration ends on Wednesday, Sept 26th (so that I can make name tags and student lists), but you may register at any time. If you want to register in person at Sports Day, please note that it will still be online. We will not be accepting any registration paperwork other than the required HCYA Membership and Medical Authorization forms.

ALL registration is online this year including the option of paying by credit card. You will still have the option of mailing in a check, but NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The HCYA Membership Form and the Medical Authorization Form will need to be downloaded during the registration process and emailed or snail mailed to me. I would prefer they be emailed, but I understand that not everyone can do that. We have a new website to go along with the new registration process.

We also have a new text message system. I encourage you to sign up for it when you register. This will allow me to send out a mass text alert if Sports Day has been cancelled for any reason. I may also send out a text alert the week of Sports Day to remind you that it's coming up and to check your email for any news about that particular week.

There is always a learning curve on both sides when you try something new. I would appreciate your patience as we try and transition to a new registration format. IF you have any problems or questions, PLEASE call me (my number is below). I would be more than happy to walk you through the registration process.

*One registration tip, that may be confusing... When you register each of your children and you sign up to volunteer, the positions available to volunteer in will show up under EACH CHILD. Please just pick one of them to volunteer under. It doesn't matter unless your child is volunteering to be on our Teen Staff. Please sign them up under their own section. Again, call me if you have questions.
