Rec Open House Feedback

I want to thank everyone who stopped in to the Open House, it was nice meeting all of you and I really appreciate all the feedback that was given.

A little breakdown of yesterday's activities:

We received a good number of Summerball Signups as well as a few donations to the program. Some of the concerns that were voiced was the lack of communication between the program and parents as well as concern for the program being shipped off to another program or being shutdown all together. I want to assure everyone that the Rec Program is not being shut down, we are not being pushed into another program and that I am dedicated to building this program up and giving as many opportunities to the children of this community that we can. I look forward to working on this program and am thankful for the help that I have received thus far.
