Ingram Little League Board Meeting

June 7, 2020

Attendance: Scott Lewis, Jill Chesson, Kyle Legg, Jennifer Michaels, Les Michaels, Daniel Gonzalez, Brian Hensley, Tevian

4:32pm called to order by President Scott Lewis.

-35-40 kids still owe candy money from being in quantine and not being able to sale candy.

-we have close to $6,000 in the bank right now

-By next meeting we need to split board members up and try and collect candy money from players that still owe

-Field Maintenance: Need to have a work day to come and clean the fields up, or spend some money to pay to have them mowed and cleaned and maintained.  Multi chem is working up a bid for us to keep fields maintained. 

-Summer Training for kids-need to pick some dates

-Approved a new key switch for mower

-Concession stand needs to have the door handle fixed/we will sale left overs to board members so we don’t lose money.

-Need to get a new cover for mound and estimated between $300-$400

-Season has been canceled due to Covid-19: need to post on facebook and send out emails

-Fall League we will discuss during next few meetings

-Quick books has never been reconciled since 2009 Now our new treasure Tevian reconciled it from 2009 to present.

-June 28 next meeting at 4:30 pm at the fields
