Ingram Little League Board Meeting Minutes

Call to order:  5:11PM

In attendance: Erik Rodriguez, Scott Lewis, Daniel Gonzales, Kyle Legg, Brian Hensley, Jill Chesson, Tevian, Les Michaels, Jennifer Michaels, Lane, and Cody Reed.

New Business:Save

* February 29 is the Umpire Clinic

* All background checks need to be completed before opening day

* Medical Release forms-each coach needs to have parents sign them before first practice

*Need to apply for a refund from Charter for not having enough teams for charter asked for

* Make sure to monitor pitch counts and know the rules for the days off for a pitcher to rest

*Scott and Brian donated money for granite

*Daniel needs chalk and paint

Old Business:

*candy is coming opening day

* BBQ voted on unanimously

*Financial turning on Tuesday
