Ingram Little League Board Meeting Minutes

December 2019

-Scott called meeting to order at 4:06 pm

-Attendance: Les Michaels, Jennifer Michaels, Scott Lewis, Brian, Tevian, Cody Reed, Kyle Legg, Jill Chesson

- Tevian nominated for Treasure/ Scott nominated Brian second

-New Background Check provider get to Jennifer Michaels and state check should be enough

- Registration Dates December 14 Jill and Scott working on it/Have a box to donate $ instead of selling candy

-Get a new debit card from the bank all signers have signed

- online registration website needs to be fixed

- Rosters made by the end of January

- Flyers for school need to be made (Jennifer Michaels)

-PR motion for Tevian Daniel and second by Brian

- Need to set a price for sponsorship signs

- Brian will call sponsors

-Field Maintained- need to get bleachers up by first of the year

-Before January need to apply for Little League Charter

- Brian nominated Cody Reed for VP and Les second it

-We can now play games on Sundays

--Concessions build a BBQ pit

-Park needs a play ground look into purchasing

-Next meeting January 5 at 4pm at Julie’s event center

-Brian motion to end meeting and Le Michaels second it at 5:13
