 Board Members Present:

Vice President: Scott Lewis, Secretary and Players Agent: Jennifer Michaels, Coaching Coordinator: Les Michaels, Facility Maintence Manger: Brian Hensley, Fundraising Manager: Jill Chesson, Equipment Manager: Daniel Gonzales, Other Board Members: Kyle Legg and Cody Reed

Meeting called to order:

Scott Lewis called the meeting to order at 4:25pm

Approval of Minutes:

Jennifer Michaels presented minutes from previous meeting and were approved unianimously

League Concerns

-Finish Bleachers to get assembled next Saturday

-Scott killed fire ants

-Need to access books due to James Craft resigning as President of the Board

Officer Reports

Player Agent: Nothing

Coaching Coordinator: Nothing

Fundraising: Nothing

Equipment Manager: Need to trade in old bats, (maybe at Academy)

Secretary: nothing

PR and Marketing: need to re-elect (Josh Craft resigned)

Treasure: Need to re-elect (Sara Craft resigned)

President: need to re-elect (James Craft resigned)

Safety Officer: none

Concessions: need to order new locks

Umpire Coordinator: Need to get an updated umpire list ( Elected Les Michaels for Umpire Coordinator Cody  made a motion and Daniel second it)

Cody made a motion to elect Scott Lewis as President.  Les Michaels second it. 

New President’s Report:

The Board Elects Scott Lewis President Of Ingram Little League.

Any concerns please bring to him or if anyone has any suggestions about how to improve stuff in the league

New Business

-Changes to By-laws: the President of the League can Coach a team

-Need to make sure we are ready for an increase in the number of players next season

-By December 8 have online and flyer for Registration

-Out of district can NOT qualify for All Stars

-BBQ pit (Kyle Legg said he can bring his) for all the Ingram teams to get together and donate money for food

AMMENDMENT:  On November 3rd Scott Lewis was appointed President of Ingram Little League by unanimous vote.  Scott Lewis will assume all league operations effective 11-4-2019.
