Visit https://usabdevelops.com/page/3532/courses. Register for an account, navigate to “COURSES”, and take the “Abuse Awareness For Adults” course. You will receive a certificate of completion when the online training is finished. Email your certificate of completion of the “Abuse Awareness for Adults” course to [email protected].
Send an email to [email protected] to request a link to complete your background check online if you haven't yet. Elks Little League will be alerted upon completion of your background check.
Print the Live Scan Request Form and visit any Live Scan location of your choice. Find locations at https://oag.ca.gov/fingerprints/locations. The results will be sent directly to Fontana Elks Little League.
*Note. There will be events scheduled and posted online for Live Scan services at our park at different dates for $15.
