NOVEMBER 14 LYBL UNIFORM UPDATE

The link for online uniform orders will be activated the week of November 19th.

In the meantime, our vendor will be placing a bulk order for uniforms in advance of purchase as they will be our vendor going forward and can keep stock on hand. Taking this advance action will allow them to add the LYBL logo immediately. They will then simply need to add assigned uniform numbers as orders are placed. Fulfillment and turnaround of online orders will move quickly due to this advance effort.

The LYBL Board did not realize the work it takes to create an online storefront by the vendor. Our vendor is accommodating our uniform needs and is making the LYBL their priority in order to fulfill all of our orders in time for games in December 2018. Thank you for your patience as we work through this process and learning curve. In future years, the site will already be set up, and this process will occur smoothly year after year now that it is set up. We will send an email next week when the link is ready. You will be assigned a uniform number for your child that you will include when you place your order. The vendor will cross-check the number that you list with the spreadsheet we send them to make sure we do not make any errors. This process will allow your child to wear the same uniform for multiple years.
