Hopefully you are all getting off and running for 2025. Our next meeting will be Saturday May 17 9AM in Bayonne. Please make sure someone from your league is present.
1) We have the following funds owed to the District:

If you are not able to handle the 50/50 please let me know asap.
2) Out of Boundary Process
As we discussed at the last meeting, I handed out the written LL process for OOB waivers. LL has effective April 7 changed Red Shirt Waiver process. If you have a player OOB and will be a red shirt, you can enter this into the Data Center for my approval. That is all that is needed. If you are seeking eligibility for tournaments, it will have to go to the Region for the approval and follow the handout I provided.
3) Please remember if you are inter league playing within the district, it only needs my approval. If you are inter league playing across districts it will need to go to the Data Center for each DA approval.
4) Roger - LL will approve you inter league playing with Staten Island.
5) If you are Combining teams with another league for regular season and or tournaments, please reach out to me to discuss.
Agenda for May 17 will follow but start thinking about the age divisions you will be entering for tournaments.
