PLEASE NOTE: Our background checks are run through JDP. We have a limited number of background checks we can run. You will only receive a background check link if you sign up as a head coach, assistant coach or league position. Only board approved volunteers with a clear background check can be on the field with players.
The steps are:
1. Complete volunteer form
- Visit www.williamslittleleague.com
- Click the orange Register button
- Enter your email address
- Click continue
- Create a password
- Confirm your email account
- Go back to our website
- Click login
- Click the 2nd white square (Volunteer Opportunities)
- Click the teal button (FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES)
- Click the blue Select button for the appropriate position
- Complete all required information
- Upload copy of drive license
2. Complete background check, if necessary
3. Volunteer added to next board agenda if clear
4. Board approves at following board meeting
5. Coaches notified of approved volunteers
