SEASON POSTPONED - IMPORTANT INFO AND CHANGES

Dear Families,

REGISTRATION EXTENDED:
Close of Registration will be determined by division as player numbers meet capacity. If you have not registered yet, do so ASAP!! Capacity exceptions will not be made.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Upload forms DIRECTLY to your child's registration in SportsConnect. Most forms are not required unless your child makes the All-Stars team. DO NOT take them to your child's school.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS:
Please hold on to your child's Medical Release Form. They will be turned into coaches on the first day of practice. Players will not be able to practice until a completed Medical Release Form has been given to the player’s coach.

SKILLS ASSESSMENTS:
Skills Assessments have been rescheduled to Friday, March 24 and Saturday March 25th. (Times to be announced)
Skills is REQUIRED for all NEW players and any players ADVANCING to an upper division.

DRAFT:
For all NEW players the draft will take place following Skills on March 25th-26th.

RETURNING PLAYERS:
Players returning to their previous divisions will be assigned their previous team.

PRACTICE STARTS:
March 27th!

GAMES START:
Games will start on April 12th after a minimum of 4 practice completions.

GAME SCHEDULES:
Will be posted on the shared public drive as well as provided by Coaches.

LITTLE LEAGUE CEREMONIES:
Little League Ceremonies at Cureton Park in Williams; date and scheduled events TBA. Player and Team pictures schedule TBA.

CLEAN UP DAY:
We will have a Saturday clean-up day at Cureton Park in March or April - DATE TBA. We could use some assistance picking up trash, cleaning the cookshack and dugouts and hanging sponsorship banners.

EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE:
Will be available for families in need upon request. Talk to your Coach with any requests. Donations can be accepted by coaches at practices. The exchange program is available to all players regardless of whether or not you have something to donate.
