Board Position Application

Parents and volunteers interested in serving on the SVMFL board must complete the below application. Board positions include: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing, Tackle Commissioner, Powder Puff Commissioner, Flag Commissioner, Cheer Director, Safety/Equipment Director, and League Auxillary. Board positions serve for the calendar year. Once completed, please return to any current board member. This is a great way to get involved and help grow our league for the kids. Thank you to all those interested.

Expense Reimbursement and Cash Deposit Forms

If reimbursement for an expense is needed, please download and complete the linked form below and return to SVMFL Treasurer, David Corrado. All reimbursement forms require pre-approval for the expense and a receipt or invoice attached to the completed form.
