HAVELOCK YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING UNIFORM ITEMS:

Helmet 
Shoulder Pads 
Chin Strap
Games jersey
Mouth piece with strap
(unless player is required a special mouth guard due to orthodontic work) then the parent or guardian will provide
Game pants 
Practice Jersey

PARENT OR GUARDIAN WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING UNIFORM ITEMS:

A valid State or Military ID Card
Acceptable footwear (Cleats)
Socks (Coaches may have a preference for game socks)
 Wristbands, arm pads, or other desired equipment
Comfortable athletic clothing for practice
Athletic Supporter or Compression Shorts with Cup

*** ALL HAVELOCK YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER ISSUED EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE PLAYERS SEASON!!!!!***

IF THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNED THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN WILL BE BILLED AND REQUIRED TO PAY ALL EXPENSES TO INCLUDE COURT COSTS IF NECESSARY!!!!!  

All players are required to have a current Calendar Year Sports Physical
