9U Blue comes up short in Championship

9u Blue falls short of claiming the 2nd Championship in the organization 18-17 vs. Mt. Vernon in the USSSA Halloween Classic. With pool play being pushed up to Friday do to weather the boys went 0-1-1 on Friday evening. This team hit all cylinders on Sunday coming out winning game one 16-4, second game 14-11 and losing the Championship in a hard fought back and forth battle with Mt. Vernon 18-17
