Two Pitchers Team Up as 10U Indy Clutch Blue Defeats Arabians in Shut-Out

10U Indy Clutch Blue defeated Arabians 11-0 on Sunday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Carson B struck out #21 to finish off the game.

10U Indy Clutch Blue got on the board in the first inning when Carson singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

10U Indy Clutch Blue tallied four runs in the third inning.  10U Indy Clutch Blue scored its runs on a single by Drake D.

One bright spot for Arabians was a single by #5 in the fourth inning.

Landon C led things off on the pitcher's mound for 10U Indy Clutch Blue. The righthander allowed zero hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out eight and walking zero.

#9 was on the hill for Arabians. The pitcher allowed three hits and three runs over one-third of an inning, walking one.  #17 threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

10U Indy Clutch Blue totaled 12 hits.  Carson, Eli L, and Alex M all managed multiple hits for 10U Indy Clutch Blue.  Carson led 10U Indy Clutch Blue with three hits in three at bats.  10U Indy Clutch Blue stole ten bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Jordan B led the way with three.
