Knights Strength Workouts
The Knights are excited to offer basketball specific training to help each athlete increase their quickness, explosiveness, vertical, strength, fast twitch muscles and balance with a heavy emphasis metabolic (HITT) style training. Athletes will learn proper technique and form along with developing a long term workout plan to continue working on at home long after these Knights workouts are finished. The Knights workouts will be partner based to push one another towards maximum effort and results as well bonding as a team and Knights family. The Knights workouts will be led by Knights' alum, Caleb Tucker. Caleb is a licensed, certified personal trainer who currently leads training at F45 along with working for Savage Obstacle Course Racing Company.
The Knights workouts will take place at Red Tree Church (4900 Hwy D, New Melle, MO 63365). Athletes need to bring a water bottle, sweat towel and tennis shoes. The cost per training is $30 for all 8 sessions. Checks can be made to SLCHSA.
