Skills Practices: one practice a week for five weeks
Grades: 3 to 8

Wednesday Nights 7-8:30pm on turf
Grades 3-5 will practice 7-8pm and Grades 6-8 will have skills 7-8:30pm

Equipment needed: Field hockey stick, shin guards, mouth guard, cleats or sneakers for turf, goggles are optional
